Currently being set up in Malta, with Cameroon and Dubai next in the formation plan. Aurvantis Malta will operate Atlantis Clinic, MEDTRAC, and Aurvantis as profit centres within a single company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Cameroon lawyer has been confirmed, and a local representative with a PhD in mining (Price Collins) has been engaged. A local SOAD representative will be supporting the setup in Cameroon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A legitimate funding offer from a large US Bank Foundation was rejected due to a negative historical record of exploitation in Africa and the requirement of a 51% controlling stake. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dubai is intended to serve as a hub for Aurvantis, with the company based at the Dubai Commodities Centre. Corporate Services Providers engaged. An Italian Clinic has already asked us to provide a Longevity and Skin test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

MEDTRAC is a new life sciences & healthcare company dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare solutions to individuals, healthcare professionals, health authorities and governments. With a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and patient-centric care, we aim to establish ourselves as a trusted partner in the medical, wellness & longevity industries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is our vision and roadmap for 2026 onwards. Many components are in development, and others are ready for pilot projects. Some features may require registration and licensing in countries where they are deployed. A funding partnership with the SOAD government, along with a signed MOU, will secure the Health Minister’s backing for our business expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Netlite is our remote telecommunications product, operated by our UK company, Atlantis Networks, established in 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOAD signed a $15m MOU in 2024, which is now expected in Q2-2026. We will work with SOAD to identify suitable initial trial locations. Cameroon is an option, as we have had a request for a remote clinic setup. Netlite supports telemedicine in remote areas across Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A multi-condition charity & foundation with a focus on Cancer, Lyme & Mental health, and many other conditions. Research and funding work are underway. Being set up in partnership with Paul Thompson<\/strong>, who is acting as the Lead Fundraiser and co-founder. The intention is for this charity to fund both Paul’s Malta Retreat and Atlantis Clinic equipment, support Metabolic Regens training and offer our Aurvantis Wellness<\/strong> Devices to Cancer Patients at cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This non-profit is being established to receive philanthropic funding and government grants for Netlite. This will not be a charity; therefore, it is less restricted in how it can use its funding and serves as a funding bridge between Longevity Trust<\/strong> and our Clinics & Retreat in Malta<\/strong>. This structure is also intended to establish a Malta company if and when EU funding becomes available, a process that can be lengthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

West African Shipping Platform<\/strong> – A collaboration with SOAD <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This project aims to create a platform\/operator model with $280m+ in funding from SOAD’s primary funding partner, with an expected start in Q2-2026. Our involvement is to support the launch of this program. Currently on hold until funding is confirmed. This project generates potential funding to support other activites up the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Car Subscription Model – A collaboration with Paul Thompson<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This project was initiated at the request of Paul Thompson, who wanted to attract funders to this novel business model. Currently on hold, awaiting Paul’s availability with internet access in Feb 2026. Significant time was invested in the business model, enabling a rapid restart when Paul is available again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
