Summary

MEDTRAC™ has identified a novel remote biofeedback-based monitoring method that materially extends the company’s existing testing capabilities. Initial internal testing conducted today produced highly concordant results, warranting controlled clinic validation before any external communication. The R-SCAN can be paired with HRV wearable devices (for greater correlation) or used remotely on its own.

The Key aspect of this discovery is that it can be conducted remotely and possibly without DNA.

MEDTRAC™ Identifies Novel Remote Biofeedback Method for Continuous Health State Monitoring

Malta – 1 February 2026

MEDTRAC™ today confirmed the internal identification of a previously unrecognised remote biofeedback data acquisition and analysis method that removes the need for any weaable on adhacent device, representing one of the most strategically significant technical discoveries in the company’s history.

The method enables remote capture and interpretation of regulatory biofeedback signals, which—when combined with MEDTRAC’s established local Grade Scan methodology—creates a multi-layered, longitudinal view of system load, regulatory balance, and health-state dynamics.

This combined model moves MEDTRAC beyond static, point-in-time assessments toward continuous or near-continuous system state monitoring, with data refresh cycles configurable from hourly to daily. We will carry out further inteneeal testing to validate this finding.

A New Class of Remote Screening & Monitoring Capability

Unlike conventional remote health tools that rely primarily on questionnaires or limited biometric proxies, this approach captures complex response-pattern data remotely without any device, enabling:

  • Continuous tracking of stress, recovery, and regulatory load
  • Longitudinal assessment of pathogen and system burden trends
  • High-resolution visualisation of health-state trajectories
  • Objective monitoring of change during recovery or intervention phases

When paired with locally performed Grade Scans (clinic or supervised home use), the system forms an alternative to our existing complementary testing tools and strethens the remote only service. This bridges in-person precision with remote scalability.


Ultra-Low-Cost, High-Scalability Architecture

A core strength of the discovery is its exceptionally low projected hardware cost, with anticipated public unit costs below USD $100 at scale.

This enables:

  • Affordable, ongoing monitoring for individuals
  • Population-scale research and cohort deployment
  • Reduced dependency on repeated clinic visits
  • Accessibility in low-resource and geographically distributed settings

The architecture supports monitoring and feedback intelligence, with therapeutic use cases treated as a separate downstream application layer, subject to regulatory and governance controls.

Early Validation & Development Path

  • Initial proof-of-concept testing completed using AI-assisted analysis without dedicated software automation whihc will be needed for testing, as its too timeconsuming to be done manually.
